A little assistance would be appreciated...

Right now I am going through my material of songs I have written and am shooting to recording them this summer. While going through them I realized something shocking: A LOT OF THEM DON'T HAVE LYRICS!!! OH! OH! OH! AHHHHHHHHH! (phew). Anyway, I am working on lyrics to my songs at the present, and I have some great ideas. But I fear that there might be some subjects I might not have covered in this, so this is where you come in. Please submit suggestions you have for lyrical focuses. Don't be afraid to submit them, even if the topic's, well you know(...), just because they are submitted doesn't mean I will be obliged to use them. Be creative! Here are a couple of working titles now, to give you an idea of areas I HAVE covered:
Acrophobia
Glue (Put It Down)
Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanokoniosis
Court of Flaw
Android Army
If I Lie
Just Forget Me
Mr. Fixit
I Don't Know
Donkeys and Elephants
L.W.D. (History is Written by the Winners)
Ricochet

Any person who submits an idea i you will earn their name in my "CD's" liner notes. Therefore, it would appreciate an attached name instead of an anonymous reply.

Do not bother to post "I do not have any ideas". If you do, I will command the evil Teddy Bear of Terror to come out of his Toy Chest from Hell and Torment you (yes, pay attention to the capitalization of Torture. That means something.)

Look for "The Teddy Bears Will Attack...TONIGHT!" this fall.

DO NOT COMMENT IF YOU DON' T HAVE ANY IDEAS! It's kind of a waste of a comment.

well, considering the titles you already have, it looks like you've covered all the bases...well, all your bases. i don't know that my suggestions would be of any value to you, considering i don't know what..."whatever-that-long-word-is-that-i-don't-even-remember" is. i'm just not compelled by songs that have no eternal perspective. i don't want to ask that you change your style, so i wont mention anything... although i have thought of lyrics to songs.

In response to anonymous that "long word" is the longest word in the English language, a lung disease often caught by coal miners. Hope that helps explain something about it. You also said that you don't think your suggestions would be "valuabale": you're wrong. Suggestions are valuable; all will be considered, but not necessarily used.. As to the eternal perspective, you jumped the gun on that, although you are mostly right, but remeber, this is not my full library of working titles, just the ones with the coolest names. I do have some spiritual songs in the working too (examples: Everyone's a Hypocrite (but at Least I Try); Blind Atheism; Non-Imaginary Friend). Let this comment serve as a reminder to not jump the gun on these titles.

Hey Drew I didn't know you wrote songs, I do too and as far as suggestions I have one that I've thought would be really cool but I have been unable to develop it myself. Anyway, don't laugh but I give you full rights if you so desire. "Lovin' you is like livin' on a faultline" I've also really enjoyed writing songs about my friends. I actually have some about you guys!

^That's good. That might fit into another song in the works called "Does God Know You've Escaped from Heaven?"

hey, stop cutting down other people's ideas! at least they're persuing the talent that God's given them, who are you to quench their passion? don't judge other people just to put them below yourself. just a reminder to keep your pride-o-meter in check.

Hey, I was browsin' the archives (don't know if anyone else does), so I thought I say that a lot of thing have changed.

Scrapped (realized they're stupid):
Donkeys and Elephants
Everyone's A Hypocrite (but at least I try)
Non-Imaginary friend

Put on hold (too much of a hassle to transcribe):
Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanokoniosis
Android Army
If I Lie
Mr. Fixit

Titles/lyrics changed (now they're better):
Blind Atheism (now known as "Find Me")
L.W.D. (now known as "Scourge")
Court of Flaw (now known as "Televictim", but hope to sometime recycle the working title)

Tentative Tracklisting (subject to change):
1. Ricochet
2. All Bottled Up (Keep Control)
3. Find Me
4. Dorothy
5. Does God Know That You've Escaped From
Heaven?
6. Faking the Full Moon
7. Scourge
8. Acrophobia
9. Just Forget Me
10. A-B-C-D-E-F-U
11. ...And I Head North
12. Glue (Put It Down)
13. Televictim
14. Overreacted
15. Drop the Bomb
16. I Don't Know
17. Cue Sticks and Expo Markers

Another change:

All Bottled Up has undergone a drastic lyrical change and is now known as "Down My Throat". "A-B-C-D-E-F-U" was scrapped for the time being. "Overreacted" is now called "Three Month Nightmare". "Glue" might be cut from the final listing. "Televictim" and "...And I Head North" might be switched in the tracking order. A "new" song might show up, as well as a second new one called called "Concrete Caves" (but more than likely not).

Revised Tracklisting (also subject to change):
1. Ricochet
2. Down My Throat
3. Find Me
4. Dorothy
5. Does God Know That You've Escaped From
Heaven?
6. Faking the Full Moon
7. Scourge
8. Acrophobia
9. Just Forget Me
10. Televictim
11. ...And I Head North
12. Glue (may be removed)
13. (possible new, currently untitled song)
14. Three Month Nightmare
15. Drop the Bomb
16. I Don't Know
17. Cue Sticks and Expo Markers
