HOT HOT HEAT!

Whew! I just heard on the radio the two hottest places in Oregon today: the Dalles, 98 degrees; Newberg, 97.5 degrees. Anytime you walked out of class you could feel the heat envelop your body, and after school I went for a 70 cent Powerade at Micky D's. As of right now, I'm sitting in my climate controlled home, spreading the word of the day: HOT!

actually jay the high was 93. sorry to burst your bubble buddy.
And i must add that this post is by no means up to par with your other ones.
Maybe it was the heat going to his brain.
hey sara we're on at the same time
Yeah. Well I had an interesting time today. I got to wash horses, and now I smell like shampoo and dirt. Yipee!
never been a big fan of horses
Well, you're going to have to learn to ride one, so you might consider getting to know them. They're kind of like big teddy bears. well, some of them are.
yeah that was me up there before, I guess I was logged in with our classes general name tag.
ok, there we go, now i'm really signed in, not that I have anything else to say. Oh wait, yes I do, though invitations are still yet to be sent out, there's an all night party at my house night of graduation, that's the twenty-sixth, and all juniors and sophmores are invited, I'll eventually bring around little invitations, but it's really easy going, it goes from whenever people show up after grad. to like noon the next day. you can come and go any times in between and there will of course be parental supervision, in fact parents who want to can come if so inclined, I think breakfast is included, there will probably be one of those bring snacks according to last name or something, don't worry, that will all be figured out. We'll play games and watch movies and do whatever, there will be more people than just us there of course, seniors can invite people outside of the school, all nice people obviously, anyway, it's very relaxed, I'll probably end up falling asleep before ten o clock, but I'm the only one, I think the plan is not to have people slumbering or anything like that. Now that I've used your blog to shamelessly post an ad, I'll return to theology papers and the Wicked soundtrack.
Sound really awesome! I will probably fall asleep at some time or another, but maybe not. It won't be safe for me to drive myself home though. Unless I have a wish. But yeah, it was really hot today. Although I heard on the radio it's supposed to cool down by the end of the week. Possibly even rain. Boo!
Aaron I don't know what your sources are, but besides hearing it on the radio, it was also on display board of that bank on college street. You'll probably say that those sources are un reliable. I'm going to see if I can find some other confirmation of my claim!

As to your accusation that this post isn't to my usual standards, I'll point out that its garnered 13 comments in 3 hours, which I see as one indicator of quality.
Okay, right now they only have current temperatures, so we'll just need to cheeck the paper tomorrow.
Everyone's cars were reading 97 degrees in Newberg--but I'm not sure if I believe it. The bank said 98, but then again, it is out in the sun.
I have nothing against your post, Jay, but I think we all know that the heat was hot today. But whatever. Express yourself.
Don't let the haters stop you from doing your thing Jay. Not that you're a hater Aaron, it's just... you know... whatever. I must say though that my car was also reading 97.5 even after being under shade for a while. This whole debate seems to be a good argument for the idea of mankind going back to the ancient ways of recording temperature, they had a number of different levels you see, and they would simply record which of these leves was reached. they weren't specific mind you just general catagories. there were two I believ... hot and cold. I'll demonstrate the ancient method of temperature recording now:
"Today it was HOT." there, see how much easier it was before all the lies and deception and finite mercury. maybe I'm an anarchist at heart.
But we could also get into relativity... for example: today was cool, if you're from the middle east, and today was hot if you're from iceland. But what is it if you're from Oregon?
I know, I'm annoying. But it's just so fun...
actually icelands hot and greenlands cold
jay

I think you're all just silly. But that's ok with me. By the way Drew Miller, if you can prove to me that iceland's hot, then I'll belive you.
Obviously that is one loophole in my argument, but a pointless one since no one comments that way.
I
do
that
